Designed various interstitial messaging concepts to prompt users to take action. These designs were for both web + mobile The business objective was to improve user response to important actionsAssisted with the creation of prototypes in Figma for a mobile health application. The goal was to make sure there was a user-friendly way in which users had the ability to compare multiple healthcare providers and healthcare facilities and be able to compare them to find a match best suitable for them and their needsHelped create preliminary illustrations to be embedded into Zeroheight - an application that maintains a uniform design system
Usability Testing was later conducted on this product and I assisted in helping build out the usability testing guideline by creating questions/tasks for users to follow through this prototype
